Return Policy

30-day return request window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Because scalp serum is a personal-care product, opened or used items cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before sending anything back

Contact us through the Contact Us page before returning an item. Include your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send a return without receiving return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the approved return cost when a return is required.

Change-of-mind returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or fulfilment has started.
